Okay, here goes. A lot of this is semantic and I'm trying to reconstruct, too!

Он(а)(и) взял(схватил/а/и) меня за горло (руки, волосы, воротник). Definitely схватил. Взял is a very, very neutral verb for the context. Below, too.

Он(а)(и) взял(а)(и) меня на (его/её/их) комнату (гостиницы?). He (she/they) took me to his (her/their) room.
Он отвёл меня в свою комнату... (resp. for fem/pl) This is with a slight nuance of 'led', but definitely more appropriate than взял. Same for the next sentence.

Он(а)(и) взял(а)(и) меня на туалет? He took me to the bathroom.

Он(а)(и) взял(а)(и) меня на (его/её/их) машину. He took me to the (his/her/their) car.
Hmmm. Google suggests the closest would be Он затащил меня в свою машину... (resp. for fem/pl)

Он(а)(и) взял(а)(и) меня на офис. He took me to the office. - I'd say again отвёл

Он(а)(и) выволокил(ла)(ли) меня на (его комнату/её комнату/их комнату/туалет/машину/офис). He (she/they) dragged me to (places above).
выволокил would be more drags OUT of rather than INTO. воволочил would be more it, I think.

I need a sentence for hold down but I really don't feel like digging right now. -> удержал, I'd say.

Mmm semantics. But, again, you'd have mostly been understood. (Other than the вы/во prefix, that would have been confusing.)
