Okay. Day three of potential late morning early afternoon skyrocketing highs and then exhausted for the rest of the day! Let's see if potential becomes actual or if I get a break today. And on the other hand, "Vince" tweeted about our blog post last night, which means we're likely to double our average hit count. This ought to be interesting. Apparently we're "incredibly smart [fans]" and people should be reading our blog. I'm not sure what amazes me more, the fact that the production people seem to really like our blog or that no one else has done any of this yet.
And the latest chunk of line edits on Black Ice is 20% done! I think after this chunk, though, I'm going to take a week or so and shore up the world-building details. Even if my backbrain seems to be working overtime to keep everything straight, I'd like to have notes in case it fails.
Statement of intent: starting a draft of WYAH Audrey's place today at work for an hour or so, probably followed by lots and lots of coding/working on the web page/line edits. Then possibly Haven 1x01 tonight, if I have time for it and if PoI is done and capped and in drafts.
I feel like I should have something more to say, but, no, not really. Just that I wonder what today will bring in terms of unexpected surges of adrenaline and maybe dopamine. Well, predicted dopamine surges will happen as I get coding done and/or line edits, coding causes more than line edits but they both give accomplishment highs. It's the unpredictable ones that see to be leaving me crashing later. I don' wanna crash later. I want to stay on an even energy keel throughout the whole day, dammit. Though at least it's all very explicable and predictable. I think there may have to be some granola bars and possibly a nap in the old photo developing closet to offset it, if it happens again.
And if anyone still needs a Valentine's day dragon egg, etc. I think you can still breed the old ones.
