Oof. Still so much to do before D*C. Tidying. Sewing a random last minute toga type thing, which won't be that hard but will require a few straight hours of sewing. Bah. Making sure I have all my costume pieces. Picking up everything at work. Finding a damn white unitard, which I might just go on Amazon and get one for tomorrow, hmm.
Costume pieces checked and packed, health kit packed, costume mending kit mostly packed, I just need to get a bag today to put it into. Which actually, now that I think about it, means that I'm mostly packed except for the stuff I carry with me every day like cell phone and ID and things. That's... actually very comforting. I think it helps that I don't need to pack too many pairs of street clothes because I don't wear them at D*C. Not anymore. Which makes me laugh, too. And I think I even feel confident enough to actually parade around in spandex three out of four days, which is an improvement over the last few days and a week of being sick. It's amazing what regular exercise will do for you.
Also need to check in today, because I haven't done that in almost two weeks and, ugh. Ponder, though. I think I'm readier than I think I am, and can be ready as long as I don't completely collapse and take things one step at a time. Slow but steady. I can do this, I swear. Same way I do everything, one step at a time.
