God, I need a weekend after my weekend. Maybe ushing two days in a row was not my best idea ever considering we're coming up on Bele Chere, and it's the busiest in-front season of the year. Next weekend I'll try and get some more rest, and the only plan I have is to go out to this Guitar Momma's place and talk about electric guitars. Because I'm getting that 'must. get. electric. guitar.' impulse again, and I should at least poke one and see if it's as good as I think it is.

I'm watching Fringe again. Three characters are cartoons, now. And they just escaped cartoon zombies on a zeppelin. Oh show.

Folkmoot was fun, though. I got to see performances from Sardinia, Croatia, a USA folk group, Finland, China, Trinidad and Tobago, Guadalupe (I don't know what country that is as opposed to a city or distict), and... Burundi. Go on, make the Eddie Izzard jokes, I was. In my head. It was all very, very good though. There was calypso and limbo and drums on people's heads, sixty pound drums on people's heads, and folk dancing and flips and ribbons and excellent pantomime of folk tales through a ballet sort of style dance and. All kinds of good dance. It was great. It was a lot of fun, and I'm glad I went even if it left me really exhausted today.
