I seriously can't believe I was up at 6.45 on a Saturday. I need my head examined.

Right. That's Russian noun tables typed up (I could have gone to a library and copied it but this gives me that much more practice) and everything assembled for... what have you. Adjective tables typed up as much as I can manage, good gods. That's a lot of information.

Today I'm front, which means it's debatable how much time I'll have my pocket ninja out and open and how much time I'll have just doing nouns and dealing with customers. There may be a movie in the evening but given that there's apparently nothing in the area that I want to see, there may just be dinner and hanging out with friends. No, I take it back, almost nothing, Kiki found the last theatre in Asheville that's playing Nightmare. Sad state of affairs. Either I'm getting pickier or movies are getting crappier, and I honestly don't know which is which.

Oogh. Headache developing. Hopefully either this doesn't last long, or the day isn't that busy, one of the two.

Okay, it's been just about absobugfucking insane today. We did good business, we did real good, we about tripled our average weekday take, but my god. We get five minutes of lull and fifteen to twenty minutes of chaos.

Thank god that day's over. I was about to go batshit. Now there may or may not be a movie, and then I come home and do some writing. Or I just go home and do some writing, not sure what the boy has in mind and I actually don't feel exhausted as I maybe should. Just kind of brain dead.

I was re-reading one of my older (three years old, now) short stories and wondering why I ever abandoned it. The first one was very well written. Might try to work on that some more, more regularly, sort of. Except, not right now, and not going into more detail because I'm heading out the door. But basically it involves two college ... three college students, the ancient ghost of a god who's possessing one of them, the other one's the god's priest, and the third one is ... I forget what. And there's an incubus. So, yeah. More on that later, when I'm not about to run off!
