(no subject)

Argh. I'm having an annoyingly hard time titling my Blade Runner Big Bang, and trying to straighten out both my Blood Ties Big Bang (Blood Rites) and Corsair. Argh.

Potential Titles for Blade Runner Big Bang:
Only Human
Seas Full of Stars
Hazel Tears, Acid Rain
Bodies at Rest
[something something]

I need to fix my Blood Ties Big Bang. Some of the motivations aren't quite jiving, and I can't get over the idea that there's no big impetus or drama or drive here. At least, not on the part of the main characters. Corsair, just, the last three sections confuse me. Second to last three sections, I should say. I keep thinking there's some plot elements there that are escaping me, or others that are... for the wrong reasons. Something. Ugh.

Still thinking of doing the short stories in Spanish for Nano. Which will require some odd prep, mostly Spanish review, and maybe making... maybe that's what I'll try and do. Collect a list of 50 short story ideas, maybe 1-2 sentences, and just try and write about a thousand words on them in Spanish. And then... we'll see where that goes. If I finish, great, if I don't, hey, that's cool too. It won't be my hard and fast Nano thing. Hell, if that works, maybe I'll do another one in French.

Oogh. Stuff. Things and stuff. Writing can be such a pain sometimes. Though I think the editing process is going pretty well. As much as I'm complaining about the editing process, the most urgent projects should be done on time.

ETA: Probably what I'll do is use the Spanish stories as mental floss/winding down from Nano. Suggestions for Faerie stories welcome!
