Doctor's appointment achieved. Still need to floss more. They took all appropriate bodily fluids, including two vials of blood for arcane and obscure tests. I was poked and prodded and asked questions and they seemed surprised to learn that I don't drink, smoke, or imbibe caffeine. Supposedly, I'm healthy, although I have no idea what their tests will come up with.

I also have my inhaler, which means I can go running! Which I did this morning. So far the plan is to start running when I get to the base of the path in the park, and keep running until I have to stop. And every day, push myself a little further, until I can make two (one and a half? It's a bit of a convoluted path) circuits around the park without stopping.

But for now, Russian. Prep case and acc case practice. Once again, Misha Collins gets a starring role.

Flavoring particles. Makes me think of artificial flavoring. Sadly, the book gives nothing on flavoring particles. Something you have to pick up from context. Still. Deutsch!

Was isst du? Interview fellow students to learn what they eat at various meals. (Ooh. This might actually be useful for class.)

Was isst du zum Früstuck? Ich esse zwei Bröchten und trinke ein Glas(s?) Orangensaft.
Was isst du zum Mittagessen? Ich esse ein Salat mit Preiselbeeren und Walnusse. Manchmal esse Rindfleisch mit Tomaten und Paprika (seriously?) oder Hänchen und eine Kartoffel.
Was isst du zum Abendessen? Ich esse oft Hänchen, und manchmal Rindfleisch.
