(no subject)

Oh. Dear god. So tired. But I have spaghetti sauce on the stove. I need to at least get another half hour's simmer on it before I put it in the fridge. Actually what I need to do, probably, is stop getting up with the cats at 6 in the bloody morning. Or something. Or just go to bed earlier.

On the plus side, I have inscribed a new spell recipe into my spellbook recipe book. Baked Dijon chicken, which is pretty much what it says on the tin. Not a very complicated recipe at all, only four ingredients apart from the chicken, but it's not something I would have thought of on my own so, yay. I also finished copying over the bruschetta from my notes, which is good, because then I don't have to worry about losing the slip of paper it was on. And now I sound like a complete dork so I'm going to stop and go take out the trash.

I really need to get off my butt this weekend and finish the outline. I'm advancing slowly on the character information for Astrid, my main character for the dragons book, but, outline! Dammit. And October is half over. So. Much. Crap to do. I need to go grocery shoppng at some point. I need to get Halloween candy and materials for cloven oranges/pomander balls/what the hell ever you want to call them. I want to get some more decorations for the apartment. I want to pick up the apartment and discuss wth our Deadlands GM and his girlfriend plans that we may want to make for Halloween. Blah.

.... Yeah, I'm going to bed. Or rather, I'm going to take the trash out, then do the dishes, then going to bed. You get dragon eggs in lieu of the rest of this post.
