[Tarot] Seven of Coins
Aug. 12th, 2008 04:08 pmI need a bag that will hold my Tarot cards in their own individual pockets. Rarr.
Russian Tarot
A blonde man in a tunic that shade of purple and edged in red and gold sits on top of a stack of wood that he is or has been cutting. Six coins are arrayed at his feet, one hangs over his head as a 'sun.' There's a fairly brightly colored (in browns and greens that is) log cabin in the background.
Crow's Magick Tarot
Five cheetahs race on a field of bars and balls ranging from purple to green. Three coins above, four below.
Spiral Tarot
A red-haired woman in a blue dress kneels in a field while leaning on the stick. She's growing coins. Seven of them. The ground behind her is green and lush with veggies of delicious looking sorts. Now I'm hungry.
Keywords Ingenuity, Growth, Hard Work, Progress, Production, Successful Dealings, Money, Treasure; Impatience. Uneasiness. Imprudent Actions, Loss of money, unwise investments.
Again, pretty much what it says on the tin. The well planted and carefully attended crop bears fruit. Harvest time, and so on. After the work comes the reward, and this is it. Which does not mean that hard work is not forthcoming, either, but in this world the natural consequence of effort is gain, which the card represents.
