Yes, I am still alive. Hanging in there. Money problems slowly going away, and it helps that I re-scheduled my doctor's appointment till after the paycheck that's going to cover it. That will eat up most of one, and then college loans will eat up most of the other, and by Dec 5th or so I should be good. At which point, there will be dupioni swatches ordered. BPAL purchases can wait.
... actually the first thing I should get once I get more of a buffer in my bank account is a membership in the Mystery thingie thingers. I think it's the Mystery Writers' Guild, but I'm not sure. But they have all kinds of perks and things, like the fact that they're nationally (internationally?) known and they have resources you can check with, probably agents and editors who will look at you more favorably if you're a member of an accredited type organization, that kind of thing.

... Yeah, really? I got nothign. Except that I am a bad girl for not getting my writing done in a timely fashion. And I'm dropping down from three nanonovels to one to keep up with prompts, ficlets I owe people, yuletide, and Nano. So. There. I am not as badass as I used to be. But damn, I'm still good.
