Right.

An hour before I signed off last night? Fine.

Fifteen minutes before I sign off? Throat hurts. Hurts to swallow. Throat tight. Head funny and hot. Muscles achey.

Ten minutes after I sign off, I take my temperature. Low-grade fever.

If someone gave me strep I am not going to be happy.

ETA: GLKSDFLPOSADFHIOSDFH. Fever went up in the night.

ETA2: Yes, have called in sick to work. Yes, am going to doctor's. Before any of y'all start nagging. :) I was going to go before, for an inhaler, with all the bronchitis going around. This just sort of seals it.

State of the Jag: STREP! What fun. Weak positive, since they figure I came in so quick. Have pills. Really big penicillin pills that I'm supposed to take with a throat I can't really swallow with. Stupid pills. But hey.

Also have albuterol inhaler again. 'cause, you know, asthma.

Also wasn't bad/expensive for a girl with no insurance.

All in all? Crappy day, but definitely nowhere near as bad as it could have been. Time to take pills and curl up on the couch with big glasses of something. Water. Juice. Something.
