Maybe I should just send out the damn query letter and write the first thirty pag-- no, that way lies certain acceptance of the query letter and then me looking like an idiot 'cause I don't have a finished first thirty pages. Heh. 'cause you know that's what would happen, thanks to the wonderful machines of Murphy.

Oh well. Work is work, and working is still better than looking for work. Moo. Here's hoping something nice happens today.


ETA: Well, it's not the something nice of a sort I was hoping for, but at least work's slow today. I'm getting the Pen Bryton outline done.
