Self, you feel so tired because you had donuts for breakfast, that zonked feeling you're getting, that's called carb crash. Next time be less stupid and have a damn yogurt. You need to get those out of the fridge anyway so it can get maybe turned off when it gets serviced. (Getting a complicated order from a scatterbrain during carb crash did not help either. Nice enough woman, but was buying things for other people and didn't, I think, know enough details about what they needed to be too sure of things and argh.)

I'm starting the Astronomy course and I so haven't finished, oh, any of the ground work on Khan Academy that I wanted to do. I suppose the plus side is I did finish one of the sections on Khan Academy in Cosmology, so I can just encompass that in one tab and do the Astronomy course in the next chunk of notebook and when that's over, go back to Khan Academy for a refresher/summation/other stuff they didn't include. And if the Astronomy course still fills the rest of the notebook, too bad.

They say they seriously want 20 hours per week, but they're going to get half that if they're lucky. I don't care, I'm auditing. And admittedly, yes, counting on the fact that I've been reviewing physics and cosmology and tend to pick up this shit, even science (space and if-it-doesn't-work science better than bio or chem) faster than the average kitty. Also also, I only have to keep up ish for a little over two more weeks. Then DragonCon is over and I can devote more time.

So, yes, I'm starting to feel a little less like the red queen running. I may have also spent thirty organizing my colored pens, figuring out how much more it'd cost to buy out the rest of the Uni-Ball Signo 151 line of colors, if I needed to to differentiate this thing from that thing, and so on and so forth. And organizing the Astronomy course's sheet of equations into nice neat little colored forms, and making a color key for this color means speed/velocity, this color means acceleration, this color means mass... Yes, I am way dorkier now than I ever was in high school or college, shut the hell up it's fun. XD

(I think the real key is, it's a lot more fun when I can put it down and never look at it again if I get too frustrated. You don't get that luxury in high school or college.)

Unfortunately physics, I admit to myself too late in the day, is also distracting me from getting writing or editing done. Ugh. Being tired is making me make poor decisions as to what I'm prioritizing, although there's no real reason I should be for this long, I had a healthy lunch, I even remembered to sleep extra last night after capoeira. Still, I did get over half of an episode of Arrow annotated this morning, in between breakfast munching and being silly with the boy and watching the damn ferals climb a goddamn tree. Silly, silly cats. It wasn't a very big tree, but it's disconcerting to see one of your ferals staring at you from on top of an adolescent oak or whatever it is.

On the less fun side, when I get home I need to do my writing, editing, Arabic, annotating/blogging, exercise, probably write up some Japanese because I stopped blogging too late to get it done (that needs to change, Japanese before blogging tomorrow) and eat dinner somewhere in there. Aaaargh. And what I'd really like to do too is do a test run on making a cloth composition book cover, but aahahahahahhaha I might have time to cut one out. Might.

1. Blasted Lands timeline
2. White Lightning supp document (history of or magazine article)
3. Helix (5 minutes)
4. Haven 2x05 (10 minutes)
5. Arrow 3x07 Miniboarding
6. Flash 1x08 Miniboarding
7. Outline some of the other shit
8. And if you really need some writing things that are not WL, drabble some of the magic for either Malachy or Nerd Girls.
9. Tailor blue shirt, side seams and possibly shoulder darts.
10. Polish boots
11. Calculate all dates on the arts listings supp document for WL against an actual calendar.
12. Paint America Chavez shirt.
13. Touch up front and back stripes on America Chavez jacket.
14. Finish one bracelet sample
15. Cut out pieces for composition book cover.
