The "our women" thing set me off too. NOT YOUR WOMEN. No one's women but their ownselves'.
Ugh, the things that are going on in the states right now are so very hard. (We have similar problems in Canada - and I get angry with people who make it an American problem instead of a Western-White-Racist-Bullshit problem). I can't imagine what being even closer to it feels like. :( *hugs*
