Mildly annoyed that it took me a couple days to get back into language routines. Not even really sure what I can blame this on, either, apart from sleeping shittons on Monday and then.... something on Tuesday, I can't even remember what except I slept in again. Maybe just making sure that I had gotten enough sleep and kicked the fucking flu.

Last night's feral cat count was three (and one neighbor cat). All of the black ones. I think at this point the plan is, yeah, to get them scooped up, taken to the Humane Alliance to get snipped, and possibly stuffed in our garage for a bit for the recovery and/or till they realize that we've built them houses that they can live in instead of living in our crawlspaces. I'd really like to get them all adopted, especially since it's after Halloween, but then again it's also around Christmas which may not be the best idea. Also I'm not sure if they're too feral to be adopted or what.

All right, so let's see if today is any more productive than yesterday. First priority, Deli. Second, White Lightning/Nerd Girls. There was another writing thing I had to do that I can't think of right now, another writing thing. Sadly I can't think of it, maybe it was dime novels? Not that I'll have the time to do that till next week. Anyway, first priority, Deli. In the evening, finishing this bobbin of wool, starting the next one, and cutting more pieces of leather. Probably next weekend (not this coming one which is full of busy and ugh) I'll work on practicing snaps and suchlike, so I can finish assembling everything. This is going to be, um. Interesting. Progress pictures to come around that time! Not that I'm nervous or anything. I mean, why would I be nervous. It's only a massive leathercrafting undertaking that I've never done before. Eek.

But on the plus side, the boy wants to go get a tree this weekend. This gives me a happy. I'll have to make popcorn and string it with cranberries because that's what you do.
