Oof. Don' wanna go to work. Want to go back to bed, but, really, it's my own damn fault I stayed up too late watching Falling Skies (and getting alien dreams as a result) so, bleh. Today, catching up on all the shit I didn't do over the weekend while I was down with a head cold and something kept exploding and knocking out the power! What fun. No, seriously, that kept happening over the weekend. I still don't know what it was, although it kind of sounded like a transformer box.
... actually now what I really want to do is curl up and watch Babylon 5: Rumors, Bargains, and Lies. Because that was the fucking best Kansas City Shuffle ever.
Still no word on the results from CERN and scientists and so on about this whole breaking/exceeding the speed of light thing. Still waiting. I really, really want it to be true. I know, I know, scientific method and all that, must wait for results to be replicated and so on before we can call it probable, check all the calibrations, make sure that it's not a result of something hinky going on. Independent verification, but goddammit! I want my space ships! I want FTL drives! And I'm gonna stomp my feet and hold my breath till I get it. Inform my next of kin.
Ahem. Right. Today, catching up on all the tags and, the writing, and pretty much that's it. And hopefully there isn't much shipping to wait, no. I tell a lie. Now I remember there is indeed a lot of shipping to do. Bollocks.
