I'm adding the legal aspect to dig into today, yeah. And I really want to know what that plumbing problem is. The not knowing is bugging me, if it's a strategically placed $500 problem or a massively inconvenient tear out all the floors $3000 problem. The one is irritating but fixable, the other is me curling up for two days, crying, and then finding another damn house. Or something.
