Oh, I know the feeling. I think I've been going to bed early most nights this week so far.

Thanks! I think... it either sounds more awesome than it is or looks more awesome than I think it is? Or something. But it definitely is tiring. I go out in the morning in my workout clothes on a cool morning and come back pretty rank in sweat.

But, I didn't used to be able to do all that running and jumping before. So, there is improvement, and it's worth it.
