LJ needs to stop going crazy and falling asleep. It irks me. .... and of course the second I type that the power goes out to half of downtown. I wonder if that's the universe's way of telling me it could be worse.

They did. Heroes had a stellar first season and then... I don't know what happened. Any semblance of reasonable, coherent, and skilled storytelling went straight out the window. And nuance. I missed the nuance, the deftness. I hear it tightened up later, but by that point I had become so disgusted I stopped watching.

They probably could have. I think there's a number of ways they could have made things work, they just didn't choose to. For whatever reason.
