That makes sense. I don't know so much about filmmaking, but I've developed I guess a more nuanced appreciation since I was a kid. Which is in and of itself interesting to note.

Not that this stops me from enjoying crappy action movies, but they have their own requirements.

Digging a bit reveals that the last one started on March 24 and they were still having problems on April 8. It looks like it peaked in April. I'm not sure if this is a problem to do with less security now that they're over in Russia or greater profile or what. Irksome.
