Authorisation? What's that?

That is a certificate, of which notes your place in which it reads, where you study.
-- И где можно получить такой документ?
And where might I get that document?
-- В вашем деканате.
At your dean's office.
-- И что ещё нужно?
And what is needed?
-- Нужна ещё фотография.
A photograph is necessary.

Okay. Dammit. I will finish things today, I will do things, I will get things done. And I have helpers, and there will be a link roundup, and so on. I'm wearing green so I don't get assaulted by overly festive people, not the green and yellow I meant but green nonetheless. And I cleaned out my bag so I'm not carrying around a bunch of books I don't mean to be.
