"A pair of star-crossed lovers take their life"

You know, editing Sofia wasn't that hard to begin with. It wasn't that hard until Katya died, and now it's just friggin' excruciating. I think what I may end up doing is just editing a few pages a day anymore, instead of trying to tackle it all in a week or some such (which usually I can do). Because I get a few pages in and depression sets in like nothing else.

Sofia, for those of you not in the know, is one of my novels. It's a horrible, sad, tragic novel about three friends, all of whom love each other to pieces and in some cases that phrase turns literal. It's a tragic and sad story. And ... well, it just doesn't get any better from about a third of the way in to the end. I'll post a plot synopsis in comment if someone asks, other than that... I just don't want to think about it anymore. I've been editing it for the past couple hours.

Writing isn't going nearly as well as I wanted it to. [livejournal.com profile] 100stories isn't helping as much as I wanted it to. Guys, what's that link to the writing community site again? I'll join that and see if it kicks my ass. Either that or I just need to work on something that's less depressing.

Bah.
