Still aten't dead. Going to the doctor Tuesday morning at the latest because that's when I have an appointment, will try to sneak in tomorrow anyway. If things get worse after a night's drugged sleep instead of better, may go to urgent care.
Breathing somewhat labored, less in the sense of can't breathe and more in the sense of it requires more effort than it should (well, any is more than it should). Endless coughing when not on suppressants, absolutely nothing in my sinuses that shouldn't be there as far as I can tell apart from the occasional drip or sneezing fit. Nothing much being coughed UP either, except when it is it feels thick and sludgy, leading me to believe that whatever it is its sitting on my lungs and coagulating.
Also exhausted. Also losing 1/3 to 1/2 of a pound of weight per day for the last three days despite eating half a pint or so of ice cream. Halloween candy and mac and cheese. Other stuff. I can't tell if I'm eating crap but not enough volume in general, or if I am eating more than enough calories than I should be, crap calories, and my body's just burning it off because sick. No fever. Do muscles continue to burn more energy even when sick? I feel like my muscles should have atrophied off by now. The extra muscle anyway. Maybe not. Mostly I mention all of this because consistent weight loss beyond what intake and exercise should create freaks me out that it's lung cancer or something equally dire. But I've been told that this is also just a thing that happens, so probably I should just start getting into better habits when I have my energy and appetite back and not worry too much about minor fluctuations.
Still very very low on focus, executive function, anything but the ability to sit on a couch and stare at something.
