That was an interesting exercise in vocab. Need to get my ice skates and roller skates straight.

Man, Clu strutting down to the arena will never not be amusing. It's all "Yeah. I'm the boss. Worship me." And, okay, he is, but it's still kind of hilarious in a totally teenager way.

Still a person down. Possibly permanently, depending on what happens with various doctors and such and what it turns out to be and what can be done about it. Not entirely looking forward to that prospect, as it'll make me busier, but it'll make things easier in some other ways too. And anyway, that might not be the case. It's very much a wait and see thing, which is mildly irritating for routines.

I have book recs! I love how I can bitch about trends that irritate me and get book recs, this amuses me. It also reminds me, though, that I need to do a lesbian noir submission. First I need to review the requirements, then I need to come up with something and I just realized I could do it with Cherry from Black Ice. It would kind of fit. Which means then I need to review the requirements and come up with plot. Something to do today. Along with the Courtesan School check in that I drafted half of and then totally got distracted from oops. Stuff. Things.

I feel a hell of a lot better now that I'm off the worst of the menstrual crap and work isn't slamming me on top of menstrual crap and concert hangover. You'd think I actually was a human being that needed sleep and physical well-being and so on. NAH.

Short exercise today on account of AUGH BUSY OMFG. Not having Flutter around means twice the work, eek. On the other hand, most of what I've been doing I probably would be doing anyway, so I'd still be busy. Just more annoyed at being chattered at.

GODDAMMIT, WHO FANDOM, STOP MAKING ME CRY (via lireavue) No, seriously, I'm stting here at my desk doing my German trying not to cry.

Ugh. I'm sure I had more to say, but I still need to finish up my CS check-in post and do all my day job work without my head exploding, so I'm going to put on some music and get to it. Raaarrr! Where's a Red Queen icon when you need one.
