Mmm. Apparently I haven't updated my calorie tracker in... 4 days? This is not good. Bad Jag, no cookie. At least I realized/caught it in time. I'm not so good with my eating and exercising habits yet that I can do that, I should think. That said? I don't think I splurged enough that I completely destroyed the past... yyeeesh. Two months? Worth of healthier eating habits. I don't remember what I had to eat so much yesterday but it involved WAY less candy than it normally would have, given how stressed I was.
I also finally bought my own copy of Watchmen instead of continually borrowing everyone else's, and Crooked Little Vein. I told the clerk I was engaging in some retail therapy. Then I looked at what I was buying and thought that maybe it was more like anti therapy. He said it was all good therapy. I said, primal scream therapy? He said, exactly.
Yeah.
The apartment's probably about as clean as it's going to get unless the boy does something about his papers, boxes from all the drives and things, and... whatever else is over in that corner. Which I doubt he will, so. Maybe we can get some more things picked up tomorrow. He was a good boy and did clean the kitchen and the bathroom yesterday. I'm starting to realize that while I may be bad about keeping the kitchen clean, he is a fair bit worse. Mmph. Not sure how I want to approach that. On the other hand, he folds laundry and puts it away way faster than I do. Maybe we should separate duties that way. That's probably best.
So. Um. Saw Watchmen. Enjoyed it very much. Not a very detailed review but there's something incredibly depressing about watching the villain expound on his plan on the big screen and knowing that it already happened and, six months later, the world overturned in war again and no one learned anything. Basically, that the premise is true. Well, Watchmen was always very Hobbsian anyway, but. Depressing.
Right. Apartment is fairly clean. Walkies are imminent. I have dragons and you should click them. I also have eggs. INCLUDING A SILVER. I bred a Silver! Woo!
