I don't have lunapads but I have mostly-wool cloth pads and I swear, they are the best investment I have made. Bleeding is uncomfortable enough without the chafing and general disgustingness of commercial disposable pads. Someday I desperately want a silicone cup of some sort, but for Reasons I can't try it now... or! Even better! Something that ACTUALLY stops my body from bleeding that isn't pregnancy! I dream high.
